Chengrui mainly engages in the manufacturing, sales, and trade of ship outfitting components, oil and water filters, generator silencers, and ship sanitary units. Jinrui mainly engages in the fabrication and installation of marine pipelines and outfitting components for Jiangsu New Era Shipbuilding, New Yangzi Shipbuilding, and Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., as well as the manufacturing and installation of ship hull steel structures. Xiangrui mainly designs and develops mechanical parts, and designs, develops, and manufactures ship interior decoration materials.
